Four passers-by injured: Facade falls from the 20th floor onto street

Shocking scenes were filmed by a surveillance camera in the Chinese city of Loudi at the beginning of July. Parts of the facade suddenly gave way from the 20th floor of a building and fell onto the street. Miraculously, passers-by and merchants were only slightly injured.
