This week St. Petersburg announced an agreement to build a new stadium for the Rays. The deal will keep the Rays in town but will be the cornerstone of a nee downtown St. Pete. But what does it mean for you? Paul LaGrone went to downtown St. Pete to get Your Voice on the new deal and the future of the Rays in Tampa Bay. Plus, the announcement of a new stadium is a reminder of broken promises from the past, especially for black residents who lived on the area where Tropicana field was built.
